The Canvey Town Centre Masterplan Sustainability Appraisal has been drafted to enable the Council to decide whether it is appropriate to adopt the Canvey Town Centre Masterplan as a Supplementary Planning Document. Views are sought on the robustness of the Consultation Draft Sustainability Appraisal in order that it can be amended as appropriate before a final decision is taken by the Council on adopting the Masterplan.

Alternatively representations can be submitted by email to: planningpolicy@castlepoint.gov.uk or by writing to Planning Policy, Castle Point Borough Council, Kiln Road, Benfleet, SS7 1TF.
All representations on the sustainability appraisal must be submitted to the Council by 9am on Monday 5th September 2011. Late representations will not be accepted.
